What is the mission of the Warrenton Youth Soccer Club? The founders of WYSC created the league as a place where children of all ages and abilities could learn about sports while having fun. The emphasis is on learning, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Yoga for Kids:

30 minute

Ages: 7 years old and up

In introduction to yoga using imagery.  Children will gain flexibility, strength and balance.

Attire: activewear, yoga mat and bare feet. 


Family Yoga:

60 minutes 

Ahes: 5 years old and up with an adult partner.

A great way for the family to be active together.  An approach to yoga that will be accessible to all ages and abilities. A great way to get strong, balanced and peaceful together.

The practice of yoga is a great way for children, teens and adults to find stregth, balance, flexibility and coordination.

Yoga also offers the added benifits of stress relief, metnal clarity,

mindfulness, peacefulness, positive self awareness, increased focus and consentration. 

Practicing yoga offers physical and mental benefits that can help everyone from an athlete looking to build stamina, balance or flexibility to a parent looking to share an activity with thier child to anyone looking for an activity that clears the mind and builds the body.
